Propagate! is an international event created for propagators who want to learn from each other and move the industry forward. It brings leading growers, suppliers and experts from all over the world together to share knowledge, exchange experiences and discuss the challenges they face in daily practice. Throughout the day, the focus is on relevant topics, practical insights, open conversations and networking. Propagate! is not about selling products, but about connecting people. By creating a community that continues to grow beyond the event itself. This year's theme is Labour in Propagation, a topic that continues to shape the future of this sector worldwide.

Tickets and Access
Propagate! is created for growers. Growers can attend the full program free of charge, from the first session in the morning to the evening networking and dinner. Participation is based on a personal invitation. Growers who have not received an invitation can request access via Flier Systems.
Professionals active in the propagation and horticultural industry, but not working as a grower, are also welcome to attend. For this group, paid tickets are available. The ticket price is €300 excl. VAT.

Q1Hoe kom ik bij De Loft by RDM Next en Haven Hotel Rotterdam, en waar kan ik parkeren?How do I get to De Loft by RDM Next and Haven Hotel Rotterdam, and where can I park?Wie komme ich zu De Loft by RDM Next und zum Haven Hotel Rotterdam, und wo kann ich parken?
De Loft by RDM Next heeft twee ingangen: ingang A aan de parkeerzijde en ingang B aan het water, naast de steiger van de watertaxi. Parkeren kan de hele dag gratis op eigen terrein. Blijf je voor het avondprogramma? Laat de auto gerust staan en haal hem de volgende dag op.
Overnacht je de avond ervoor in Haven Hotel Rotterdam? Dan brengt een shuttlebus je 's ochtends naar RDM Next en 's avonds weer terug. Na het diner rijdt er geen shuttle terug naar RDM Next. Regel dan zelf vervoer, bijvoorbeeld een Uber of de watertaxi bij ingang B.
Liever dichter bij Haven Hotel Rotterdam parkeren? Parkeergarages De Boompjes en Erasmusbrug liggen op loopafstand.
De Loft by RDM Next has two entrances: Entrance A on the parking side, and Entrance B on the waterside, next to the water taxi jetty. Parking is available on-site all day, free of charge. Staying for the evening programme? You're welcome to leave your car and pick it up the next day.
Staying at Haven Hotel Rotterdam the night before? A shuttle bus takes you from the hotel to RDM Next in the morning, and back again in the evening. After dinner, there's no shuttle back to RDM Next. Please arrange your own way back, for example an Uber or the water taxi at Entrance B.
Prefer to park closer to Haven Hotel Rotterdam? Parking garages De Boompjes and Erasmusbrug are both a short walk away.
De Loft by RDM Next hat zwei Eingänge: Eingang A auf der Parkplatzseite und Eingang B am Wasser, direkt neben dem Anleger des Wassertaxis. Parken ist den ganzen Tag kostenlos auf dem Gelände möglich. Bleiben Sie für das Abendprogramm? Lassen Sie Ihr Auto gerne stehen und holen Sie es am nächsten Tag ab.
Übernachten Sie am Vorabend im Haven Hotel Rotterdam? Ein Shuttlebus bringt Sie morgens vom Hotel zu RDM Next und abends wieder zurück. Nach dem Dinner fährt kein Shuttle zurück nach RDM Next. Bitte organisieren Sie die Rückfahrt selbst, zum Beispiel per Uber oder mit dem Wassertaxi an Eingang B.
Möchten Sie näher am Haven Hotel Rotterdam parken? Die Parkhäuser De Boompjes und Erasmusbrug liegen beide in Gehweite.

Tot een week voor het event kun je kosteloos annuleren. Daarna is restitutie niet mogelijk, maar je ticket kan altijd worden overgedragen aan een collega (zie hieronder).
Cancellations are free of charge up to one week before the event. After that, we're unable to offer a refund, but your ticket can always be transferred to a colleague (see below).
Bis eine Woche vor der Veranstaltung ist die Stornierung kostenlos. Danach ist eine Rückerstattung nicht möglich, Ihr Ticket kann aber jederzeit an einen Kollegen übertragen werden (siehe unten).

Ticketaanvragen sluiten op dinsdag 8 september om 23:55. Twijfel je of het nog kan? Neem gerust contact op. Vorig jaar konden we na de deadline nog een aantal aanvragen plaatsen.
