Grafting is the most labour-intensive step in fruity vegetable propagation, and the hardest to staff. Every grower does it a little differently: above or below the cotyledon, different clips, different rootstocks. Whether the work is done by hand or semi-automatically, our machines take over the repetitive part and leave the choices to you.

Cutting, transplanting, pinching and grafting of cuttings in trays, brought together in one place. The work stays manual, but the walking, bending and searching disappear. One line, a steady flow, and a workplace people can keep up with all day.
Discover our cutting lines:
Up to 5,000 plants per hour, with one operator. The machine cuts the rootstock and places the clip, your team sets the scion. The tray never leaves the machine, so the roots are never disturbed, and the cut and clip units clean themselves after every tray.
Discover our grafting machine:

The SGA range automates grafting step by step. The SGA-CutClip is the first machine in it: it cuts the rootstock and places the clip. The control technology comes from Flier, so operators work with the interface they already know, and a built-in camera lets our service engineers look in remotely. Next in the range is the SGA-Grafter, which will also set the scion into the clip.
